Tea You don’t talk tragedy over tea.
You don’t mix cold water with new leaves.
You don’t wait for it to be cool to taste
Hot tea without warmth just goes to waste.

Always add sugar before cream.
Always watch the milk clouds form, and let yourself day dream.
Always take tiny sips, and let your self reminisce.

Tea isn’t something you just drink; it’s a state of being,
called bliss.

tea is the drinkTea is the drink that more than merely cheers
but doesn't make you drunk or falsely proud,
it speaks in whispers but its voice is loud
yet unlike coffee does not end in tears.
To win approval of one's friends and peers
never requires the plaudits of the crowd
but a strong sense of what should be allowed,
and mugs of tea till it comes out your ears.
Coffee made strong will give men heart attacks,
its bitterness could rival that of gall
and heartburn is its truest consequence.
So give us tea, and be neither slow or lax,
for coffee's pleasures are so quick to pall;
tea is the drink for all folk of good sense.

teatea is a place beyond
words, calm jade inviting
a bower dark secluded
moss-silent falls as
twilight on a stone

secret green tones
sing leaf on leaf
unfurling weightless dancers
of a porcelain stage

how can a leaf reborn
agonize when it exhales
a thing of solace?

TeaI sit here and lift to my lips
a cup full of that most sacred liquid:
The wonder that's tea
Whether chamomile, green, earl grey or jasmine,
it reminds me of my youth
when I could simply sit by the window
and write out simple poems while sipping
some tea

Because long ago I learned that there
was no trouble so grave that it could not
be diminished by a nice cup of tea
For when cold, tea will warm you
If too hot, tea will cool you;
if depressed, it will cheer
If too excited, it will calm
as soon as I lift a cup to my parched lips

The first cup moistens lips and throat,
the second breaks my loneliness
the third causes a bit of

Coffee and TeaI filled my coffee mug,
But its not filled with coffee.
I don't prefer it,
So I fill the mug with tea.

The mug detests this,
It rather likes it's coffee.
It loathes me, waiting there,
I just slowly sip my tea.

"Why, Christine," it asks,
"Why do you deny me coffee?"
"Because I'm selfish, mug,
So please stop bothering me."

But it didn't stop;
The mug kept pushing coffee,
Until one day,
I decided against my tea.

It finished brewing,
And I filled the mug with coffee.
Filled to the brim,
The mug seemed quite happy.

I pick up the mug and throw it against the wall.
I fill my teacup as I watch the pieces fall.

Vanilla TeaSo sweet and sensitive from only one sip
Tailored to meet the deadening standards
Living long and sitting on the loveseat
Stirring with a twig or fancy teaspoon,
Darling make me a vanilla tea.

No cost for the herb and it is somehow
Romantic and calming as it shut your eyes.
The hues from your lashes sink and you feel
Quite delicate as this mist dusts
Everything into place.

It may be more sugary and it shall be more bitter
I will invite no one, thus it is only me.
Brew like no other and so silently,
Will forever be. It is like a song for just me
But for you i shall sing it.

Caresses my shoulder as I dont make a sound

An Ode To Tea.

Sat here with a cup of tea.
Milk and two sugars, sipping away.

Sweet and Warm, it sends my tongue numb.
I inhale it's sweet aroma, stop, and take in another sip.
It embraces my tongue, it leaves it wanting more, down my throat.

MY tongue screams out for more, it wants to feel its silky texture,
It's sickly sweet taste.
I chink the mug on my tooth, but it wont stop me.
I'm wound up by this mixture.

Sip after sip, it's saving me,
from the harsh cold that wishes to embrace my body.

Each mouthful plays with my senses, teases my body.
Abuses my organs.

It's nearing the end of the mug.
It can't be over yet.
This can't be it.

Like Oxygen to my organs, like Heroin to an addict, i need more.

Tea is more than a beverage..
It's a saviour in this harsh winter.

Ah who am i kidding? It's just tea <3

LOL, theres such thing as erotic poetry. Thats new.

Anyway, sat here doing nothing but drinking tea has reduced me to this. A poem about Tea, it was originally going to eb a kick ass song, with a really crazy bass line that i made up. But a metal song about tea, just isnt happening.

I now apologise for this, as it's completly pointless. And my english skills failed me, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TELLING ME IT'S EXELLENT! I mean jesus, it's a load of Bull* writing abou Tea XD

Anyway, i need another Cuppa
